What you need to do to cure it is this:
1. Find unripe pawpaw and pure honey
2. Wash it very clean and cut it into peaceses without pilling the back
3. Soak it with 4 litres of water for 5days
4. After the end of 5 days, filter it very well into very a clean plastic rubber
5. Pour 75cl of pure honey into it and mix it very well, you can now turn it into a bigger bottle, (Dosage one glass cup first in the morning, Afternoon and night berore meals)
