Kaduna State Governor El-Rufai visits scene of The Zaria bomb blast this Morning, death toll Now hits 21.
The blast occurred at about 9.00 am as primary school teachers and public staff were undergoing identity checks, ordered by the government to fish out ghost workers from the payroll.
El-Rufai prayed Allah to grant the victims peaceful repose, comfort their families and heal the injured.
The governor has released a statement which reads; “I am sad that a terrorist bomb attack just killed 20 people in Sabon Gari Zaria. May the souls of our innocent departed rest in peace, Amen.
