The 34-year-old television personality was spotted after filming for reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians in Van Nuys, California on Monday.
Regardless of the drama Kim looked fashionable on the outing as she wore a skintight halter LBD for the occasion, which hugged onto her famous curves.
Though Kim has said she is four months pregnant, the bump could not really be seen in the tight number as her stomach appeared to be much flatter
